The flowers were ordered 2 weeks in advance and delivered a day late.
The website guarantees 100% satisfaction. If not satisfied, the customer has the option of replacement (in certain instances) or a refund - "your choice." Florist Express has yet to come close to honoring the guarantee.
Day after day, e-mail after e-mail (in which my name is incorrect) they apologize profusely but do not acknowledge my request for a full refund.
So far I'm up to a 20% refund and a coupon for $10 off a future order - not even close to making up for the grief they've caused.
Avoid this company - they don't deliver on their promises.
