Ambit Power has among the lousiest customer support divisions I've every expreienced. Ambit Power incorrectly overbilled us. While calling directly into consult with a person support broker (the very first time) to solve the problem; I had been positioned on store for over 45 minutes. Whenever a person ultimately did anshwer, I had been informed I had been in the wrong division. After I achieved the best division (five minutes later), the support consultant explained she couldn't solve my problem and was informed "that the boss will-call you back." (around this publishing, I've not noticed from anybody from Ambit Power)
