After changing providers from TXU to Ambit Power, I had been surprised using the insufficient customer support I obtained from Ambit. The corporation is fast to answerphone calls associated with new support balances, nevertheless when it involves addressing additional calls Ambit has extended to irritate me. I've repeatedly named again and again, but have yet to obtain somebody about the telephone. Typical waiting times are half an hour!!! Absurd, think hard before you choose to change to Ambit...
