After paying nearly $200 in Insurance fees and $50 to replace the phone, Asurion sent us a dud. The LG cell phone we had could access the web—this piece of crap cannot. So essentially, we paid them to send us a worthless piece of equipment. We want out money back. All of it!
And, if we do not send our damage phone back to them in two days time, our Visa is going get charged for more money. Go figure!
We wish someone would start a Class Action Lawsuit against Asurion Corp like the T-Mobile one in California.
People should get what they pay for and not less than. What a Rip-off?
