In Nov. I received an unsolicited pre-recorded offer for a small business credit line of $8000. A few days letter I accepted the offer subject to their 100% money back guarantee. As soon as I received their "membership portfolio" it was clear that the credit line was limited to specific office equipment and furniture I was not interested in.
I immediately cancelled in writing and by phone and was promised a refund within 30 days. It has now been over 2 months. Each time I call they ask me to wait a little longer stating that there is a "5-step process" involved in refunding. I just reported them to the Better Business Bureau but decided to also report them to usacomplaints.com. They already have an unsatisfactory rating with the BBB, so I felt some extra measures were needed to help guide them in the right direction.
