National Small Business Alliance rep contacted my business via phone selling "0%" interest rate, free gas, free airfare, for $99.95 initiation fee 19.95/month (advanced billing). Upon receipt of the membership packet, I realized the "0%" credit line was for computer purchases / travel plans only. This was never mentioned in the phone call. I was also promised "money back guarentee" if not satisfied with the program.
I immediately called to complain and to terminate my membership. I was told by a company rep to return entire membership packet and would receive a full refund within 30 business days. This was in early May and after several attempts to reach someone with the company, all I get is answering machine with the promise of "we will call you back - we are assisting other customers".
