I ordered over $600 worth of product on Sugarcandie Beauty Bar 's website. Two months later, I still have not received even half of the free products. All these freebies were promised with a minimum dollar amount order (i.E., buy $99 worth of product, get % free). Each time I sent an email letting them know that they did not include something, they promised that they would make it right. When I finally demanded a refund, they said they do not give refunds, especially for the free products. I pointed out that the free products were attached to a minimum order amount; I would not have spent that much money without the free product offers, as they were substantial.
