I hired Careers Plus Resumes to write a resume, cover letter and thank you letter. I found multiple errors and sent several email to them complaining about them. While they did finally make corrections they were quite rude and arrogant in emails and on the phone hinting that they knew better then me what needed to be in the resume as well as some language changes I wished them to make. The final call back from them, the guy said, " Listen Buddy, we know how to do this and you need to let us do our job. I am not his buddy I am a paying client and customer... Shame on their lack of respect. Obviously someone needs to remember the customer is usually right
This was back April 19-27th. Today May 6 I got a call from someone there threatening me that they have seen my postings all over the internet and unless I stopped they would sue me for falsification of information. I had previously only posted my compaint on one site... But the call really upset me. I did lose it with the guy but at the end i told him they needed to cease calling me and his response was he was ceasing me from being an idiot.
Since then I found numerous complaints on line about this company. Be very careful who you hire to do this job. It can affect your future and obviously these folks dont abide by the customer is right and treat your customer with respect.
