I have 2 lines i tried to get the number changed and they changed the wrong one. So they changed the other one and then i had to pay $40 dollars extra for their mistake! Then i got a bill of $771 dollars. They said that i went 923 minutes over and they couldnt prove it.
Now at some point maybe around 50 or 60 minutes you have to realize your going over and you would stop. I tried to review the bill with them, they wouldnt try to listen or understand. All they would say is our records show... So i said screw it I'll save up and pay it. And then later on i recieved a $950 bill! That really upset me. And they sent their letters of threatening to put me in the credit Bureau.
So I started sending them $5.00 a month. And today February 12 I recieved another bill of $1300.00. These people are very unprofessional and someone has to do something about them.
