This isn't just one incident of billing fraud by many over a long period of time and no one at Nextel is willing to resolve this.
Everytime I purchase new equipment and pay for it, it still shows up on my bill. After many calls and email correspondence, it is still on there, even though I have receipts to show it was paid.
Everytime I have a conversation with them, my $99 unlimited plan gets changed. And, they charge me extra to change the rate plan that I didn't want changed. According to their records, I authorized the changes. I did not. This is a business phone, why would I select a more expensive program. They have added billed me for programs that are actually included in my base program. They they charge me for overages when I have an unlimited plan. Recently they said I had 453 minutes of overage charges.
They also bill me for text messages; I do not use the text messaging feature - the only text messages I receive are from Nextel - and they charge me for them!
Now my bill is up to over $800 and will be cut off in a few days if I don't pay it in full and it should be less than half that. I have agreed to pay anything that is legimate but at this point can't get anyone to respond with anything but more threats to cut off my business phone.
Any suggestions?
