Angie Cain, of PETOONS on ebay or PETOONSBYANGIE.com, is a scammer and con artist. She sells pet art and custom products/jewelry, thru ebay, etsy, and her own site.
She took 45 dollars from my gramma, who is 82 yrs old, for a custom small painting and necklace my gramma ordered for my moms christmas gift. She also took 15 dollars from me for a small painting of my dog. For both orders, she put us off for months saying she was "overwhelmed with christmas orders".."sooo sorry" etc. And after about 3 months she just stopped responding at all. I emailed her many times, thru her website email as well as thru Facebook, where she has gone by "Angie Roberts Cain", and my mom also emailed her a few times, and even my gramma did a cpl time. My gramma lives on social security! She should be ashamed, and people need to know not to buy ANYthing from her.
I pulled up her etsy store, to lodge a complaint, and discovered the store ask of a sudden was closed! She had a very big store the last I checked, with hundreds of items, on both ebay and etsy.
