I cancelled membership on 2-11-11 and was given a confirmation number. Still pulling $

I named to stop on 2-11-11 and was handed a cancellation confirmation #. They're today attempting to draw cash so when I named to tell them I'd terminated and offered them the verification number I was informed it had beennot within the proper structure... I described the quantity I'd was what was directed at me and that I could be speaking with my lender.

I've informed my lender that Vacationers Benefit cost is unauthorized but will most likely need to spend an end transaction charge of $30.00 to create it quit given that they wont recognize their particular guarantees.
