Fraud alert!!! Requested a telephone, waited nearly 3 months (after calling many times), obtained a used, damaged phone lacking all components. Named to obtain reimbursement, they declined stating I'd need to purchase shipping back plus they might just refund the initial cost of the telephone minus all delivery. This is exactly what I Would call ROBBERY.
