Don't purchase a mobile phone from these lowlifes! I paid for 2day show delivery. Seven days later i still do not have a telephone. Sent emails-no response. Named 10 times before somebody replies the telephone. I let them know i purchased another telephone and that I don't need my telephone anymore. They tell me there's A - 15% "restocking charge" and they'll NOT return my delivery. Restocking fee for WHAT? Placing my phone back about the ledge? Is not that the job? I paid $18.40 for specific delivery. They explained that running my purchase requires 3 TIMES. This isn't given at check-out but just in certain small publishing on the FAQ site. What's the point of providing specific shipping if your order will get 3 nights to procedure anyhow???
