I placed an order on 2/3 for a gown that was for my wedding day on 3/19.
I communicated my special date to Jason Li the dressale rep and he assured me I would have my gown in time for my date. I kept in touch in between with dressale and Jason Li just reminding them 3/19 was getting closer so I asked them to please tell me which day my gown was going to be shipped each time I contacted them I never got a straight answer. I was brushed off with no worries you will have your gown in time we we will e-mail you once we ship it. On March 13 I e-mailed and telephoned dressale and they continued to tell me I would have it in time today is March 16 when I contacted them I was told by Jason Li my dress started to get worked on only 10 days ago and I will recieve it on April 5.
I sent Jason Li and and dressale an e-mail requesting a full refund he responded back to me that I was going to be charged $45.00 for wasted material.
