This company is all frauds! They have been doing it for a while too. When we were moving our sisters furniture from her student residence thirty minutes away from our house we hired these frauds to move the furniture.
First of all before they packed everything they asked my sister to immediately sign a contract. They told her it was solely to allow them to move her furniture from the apartment to their truck. Turns out this contract was also the receipt! There were several fields for the costs to add up to a total. Anyways, they only wrote down $55.00 under the headline (Moving Cost). They had then told her that she was only paying the one cost they wrote down $55.00. They did not mention any other costs and my sister was sure to ask them. Later on, they were writing down a $98.00 dollar cost onto the paper, when my sister asked what that was for they told her not to worry about it that it was not our cost or for us to pay.
