I bought a hair dryer last December but when it started malfunctioning, I decided to check the warranty. It says that within 90 days after buying the merchandise, you can return it wherever you purchased it for a return or refund but if its within a year, you need to contact the manufacturer.
So I went there yesterday with my receipt and all and then they tell me that's not how it works even if I showed them the merchandise agreement. I really don't care about the hair dryer because it's just 10 bucks but the way they attend to their costumers is really annoying. Besides, shouldn't they have a prior agreement with companies they are getting supplies with about these things?! They should respect that each product of each company has a variety of warranties and if they don't want to agree with it, then don't sell the product in your store!
