After making a payment arrangement I was cut off anyway. This has happened before, but I caught the guy and had him call in and check it. This time the agent at customer service made no notes or entries. I was informed today that despite their error it would take one week to get it turned back on. If they are that short of manpower after making over 2 billion last year, that is a problem they need to deal with. They sure had the manpower to cut me off. This is the only company I can use for my heat and water, no other option provided in Georgia. Not surprising, the state legislature seems unconcerned with anyone who hasn't got deep pockets.
