On Feb 23 I sent 4 large shipping cartons to Sao Mateus, Brasil. Today is April 21 and my cartons have not arrived in Brasil, at the house there. The company has told me the cartons would ship in "60 to 90" days. This is a door to door contract and I feel the cartons (or) contents are now being used by some other lucky person in Brasil.
I do not know any way to be able to recover the cartons, this is an international shipment and the company insists " there is no problem."
I would suggest not to use b.R. Couriers for your shipping needs!!!
