Forfeiting amount, Charging more on credit card, No reply from customer service and escalation department

I have seen worse experience with airtellcallhome.com to call from US to India.
They have Forfeited amount from my account, Charging more on credit card, No reply from customer service and escalation department.
I will suggest not to become part of rip off and with this service. I found IndiaLD is much better and cheaper than Airtel
