Greg Bowen and his company Premium Window and Door do not know or understand about sizing windows. Be careful of the slick talking "been in business for 30 years" BS because they do not understand what is involved with replacing windows.
They will do anything they can to get an order including recommending sash replacements when it is impossible to replace sashes on older homes.
They have terrible customer service, and will not take responsibility for their mystakes. If you hear of this company do not have your contractor get any windows or doors from them. You will not be satisfied with them, and you will be ripped off if anything goes wrong!
Don't walk away from Premium Window and Door... Run away!!!
