My husband and I have attempted to contact Revco, Inc. We had Premium Impacty Plus, energy star, windows installed in our home. They were inspected October 17. We have had numerous complaints with leaks on the windows on our lanai. The back door has never been what it should be.
When someone pays a premium price for the job; they should receive attention to complaints with correction of the problems. We suppousedly had a lifetime guarantee.
Now we cannot even contact the company. We are very unhappy and would love to see some action. We paid a lot of money for the replacements of every window in our home and we believe we have been "ripped off".
