DO NOT USE FAS WINDOWS AND DOORS for your low E window and door installations. They are a company full of liars and dishonest salesman and executives who say one thing and do another and then file construction liens on you behind your back because THEY CANNOT PERFORM SIMPLE WINDOW AND DOOR INSTALLATIONS TO MINIMAL STANDARDS OF QUALITY. My windows were improperly ordered AND installed and the WP city inspector flunked FAS on the installation. FAS first refused to do anything about this then the regular installers who felt bad about the poor job done to us while they were on vacation, adjusted them, at their expense, but the custom windows still didnt fit where they were measured for. The FAS CEO then called me again and again and with a deceitful tone proceeded to tell me he would make things right and but he never did because after weeks and weeks of shady dealing with him and FAS we lost confidence in them and how could you blame us? 6 months of grief with FAS and top-of-the-line windows and all we had was city rejected windows wrongly measured and ordered and installed by FAS and then not even the correct windows we ordered arrived! We ordered 4 tempered double pane low e windows and got something else. The CEO of FAS expected us to pay anyhow! Anyhow, if you want to be ripped off by the "used car salesman" of windows in Orlando then by all means use FAS Windows and Doors. And expect a lien on your house when they botch the job, refuse to fix it properly and expect payment anyway!
Fas... The surest way to end up in court with an andersen, simonton or wincore window re-seller!
