Okay i was employed by this company for more than 3 years and for the most part i kept my mouth shut about all the poor choices they had made and poor orders they gave us. This job in federal way wa is a sweatshop. The management is sleeping with other management and performing oral favors for one another in the parking garage on site, when i brought this up to one of the managers crystal haynes she said it was an accusation and i couldnt prove it so i needed to stop the accusation before i would be fired. She was upset due to i knew information about her she didnt want anybody else to know, like she was smoking weed with certain agents during break periods or lunch periods, talking madd crap about agents on the phone, making racial comments about agents and other employees. The company had talked about doing random urine tests for drugs and she stated she was prepared for the u. A she had a drug clean test in her car, also another manager offered me a clean strip test too... Another point i want to make is lisa terry one of the workforce agents (she would report if you were late for work, form break or lunch and so forth) she stated a couple diff times to me if i brought her a bag of weed she wouldnt mark me as late, ridiculous, also the site is aware of some of the agents making contact with random local customers to have sex and do other favors, one of the agents themselves told me this and i told management and again thye said it was accusations and i needed to stop, anytime there was a problem with my pay i would bring it up to them and they would say well i dont have any proof it showed different amounts or times so they couldnt do anything to help me, the site is also aware theres agents ordering phones on customers accounts and sending them to random address and then turning around and selling them for their own profit, i was told before i was fired that i was white trash and never should have been hired... A couple of the male supervisors would go up to specific agents me being one of them and and motion like they are air humping them, i told higher management and they laughed at me said they were just playing around,,
i was told many times if i didnt do what they told me to do i would be fired. The operation manager crystal haynes was in charge of making sure our site isnt issuing to many credits, she told us to remark in the account that the customer was due a credit but not to issue credit so when customer called back there was a chance it was going to be taken by another site, (they have to honor whats in the account remarks), she was needing to limit our oc&c for our site, also to get our average handle time down we were told to release our customers that were taking up to much time, we were told to pull plug out of back of phone so we didnt actually hit the release button on them (since us pressing the release button is recorded) we were told to notate customer released call and to move on to next call, this place is ridiculous and im surprised verizon as a company would let a company like this represent their name, not to mention they have supervisors dressed in see thru clothing with thongs showing and their breast out of their shirts/blouses, how unprofessional, at one time they had to many agents assigned to specific supervisors, and the resolution to that since verizon wouldnt rectify this was to fire some agents...
