This company hires travel agents to work from home selling vacations. They get paid on commission and are told they will be selling luxury travel. This is a complete lie. Most of the leads they give out are budget, if you complain, like I did. They fire you and then keep all your commission because "they had to handle sending the travel documents". These travel documents are "nothing" everything is paperless now. They send out their own information, the documents are not even needed to travel. But this is their way to not pay their agents. I think it is "chickensh*" and very wrong.
They even called a vendor that one of the agents had gone to after leaving Travelwizard to work. They told the vendor if they didn't fire her, they would tell their agents not to use them for any of their bookings. The vendor fired her, feeling they didn't want the problems. They are VERY vindictive and just pain mean.
I hope anyone reading this will not use this company and will tell everyone they know NOT to use them.
