This company is pure scum and the bottom feeders of society. First, I received a letter from this company today claiming that I owed $330 to a company that I never did business with in my entire life. I checked my credit reports — from all three bureaus and this "debt" is not there at all.
Then I researched this company and found out what scum and scammers they really are. The telephone terror, the preying on weak and uninformed people. I then called Equifax and sure enough there was a hard credit inquiry from this scum company — illegally accessed. They had zero legal right or authority to do this.
Finding nothing, this company then sent me a letter telling me I owed x amount of money and that I had to pay at least 50% of the total to make this debt "go away." They do not even give you the right to dispute the debt nor do they reference in this letter disputing the debt at all. This alone is in clear violation of the Fairness and Credit Reporting Act.
They picked on the wrong guy. I'm the webmaster of http://www.screw-paypal.com and now I'm going to take these limp wristers on. I wrote to this scum company's CEO, President, and General Counsel. Here's what I wrote:

Today, I was minding my own business when one of your company's letters came in demanding

Associates". I have a great website in mind which will dominate all search terms on
Google when anybody even types anything remotely close to your company name in any search

You will feel this right down to the last share of common stock.
How dare your company illegally access my credit file, get my contact information, and
Then mail me a bogus and fraudulent "bill" that you want me to pay. Lastly, how dare your

I'm going to show each and every person who receives one of your scam letters how to make
You stop harassing them and show them how they will get $1,500 for each and every
Instance you try to employ your Nazi tactics on them. Not to mention show them how to
Properly document your abuses.
Then when this thing gets large enough, I'm sure the media would love to have a piece of
This as well. Politicians taking money from a company that uses terror tactics.
Municipalities that do business with somebody such as yourself. Target lenders directly
That use your services and warn potential customers about what they are getting
Themselves into. Illegally accesses credit files. Scams poor people into paying junk debt
That otherwise would have no bearing on their credit score or file. And this is just from

I'm livid at your scam letter that you sent me; I'm even more livid reading about all the
