Received a Rolex watch from my husband as a gift for my birthday. Went to Ben Bridge where it was purchased to have it sized, they did, went back next day, too tight, now too loose, watch is too heavy for me to wear, hurts wrist, uncomfortable. Ben Bridge says, you own it, no return policy. On receipt my husband signed, it stated no return once worn or adjusted. They say its like buying a new car, no return. I say a car you can drive before you buy and there are MANY disclosure forms that you cannot return.
As the reciever of this gift no one told me it could not be returned if worn or adjusted, not even the jeweler informed be before she adjusted. I now own a Rolex that I cannot wear and am out several thousand dollars! Bad policies, disclosure, I'm looking into the legalities of what they say. Don't buy ANY jewelry from Ben Bridge Downtown Plaza.
