Charged my debit account and never the items purchased. Calls to the company are not answered

I ordered my little girl a My Twinn doll for Christmas 2002. She has been delighted with the doll and has enjoyed many play hours with the doll that "looks just like her". I promised her I would buy her and the doll matching outfits for Christmas and ordered several outfits and paid 250.00 cash for them. To date we have received nothing.

My daughter is very disappointed and I am both disappointed and angry. I want either the clothes or my money back. At this point I would prefer my money since the holiday has passed and I was forced to make substitutions.

The company sent me an e-mail telling me my order had been shipped and yet I have not received the order place on December 17. Calls to the company are not answered. I was assured if the order was placed by the 17 I would receive delivery for Christmas.

I have checked the web site frequently and followed the instructions in completing and mailing the Customer Assistance Form, however I have received no response. The company and it's employees should be penalized for the children they disappointed this past Christmas.
