The instruction given on T-mobile site for upgrading the software is not working.in fact, the steps mentioned there says to go to settings -sd and phone storage-internal phone storage-and bla bla bla... in my g2 touch htc hero under the sd and phone storage it shows used and availlable internal and external storage capacity. There is no option in phone to install the update.
