I registered for Match.com approximately 9/24. I registered for 6 months only. I thought I would give it a try. If the 6 months did not work, I knew I was out only $95.00. No where on the registration page did it say I could be automatically registered for another 6 months. On March 28, I learned Match renewed my subscriptions and charged my credit Card. I have not used the services since December 11, and I had no intention of ever renewing.
I am currently disputing the charge with my bank. I have written to Match and have not received a response. My membership is cancelled and I would like my credit card to be refunded the entire amount of both 6 month memberships. I went on 5 dates and each person was 12 to 14 years older than the photo they posted. Match lures their customers in by posting photos of handsome men that are available in your area, when in fact, there were no handsome young men available in my area. This is fraudulent advertising. Thank you. Susan H
