Three separate phones opened fraudgently and still not resolved

I have been a customer of Telus for years to find out one day when I had called to find out my balance in December that there was a $500 charge for adding three other accounts to mine. I was appauled to find out that this happened since I explained to the rep. That I did not open these accounts based on the fact that my account alone is the cheapest you can get and I am also using a peice of crap phone due to the fact that I did not want to sign another contract to get another phone when Im trying to get out of the one Im in.

At the time of this call I was advised that a rep from the fraud deptarment would get a hold of me and to also leave a messege and someone would call me back to get the issue resolved. Being upset as I was I went to the poice and put in a report. The police are or were trying to get a hold of Telus but the police are getting no with them either. After waiting 3 days or so I finally heard back from a rep in the fraud department and was advised that the $500 would be credited back to my account and that they would be investigating the accounts to make sure that it wasn't me that added the accounts.

After realizing that it was not me that had opened the accounts I was advised that the accounts were closed and not to worry as "they" would take care of the problem.

So when january came there was a bill of about the same as before so what did I have to do but call Telus again to have more charges credited back to my account. I asked if the accounts were cancelled and the rep that I was speaking to said that the accounts had been cancelled and credits were applied so just to pay the amount that usually pay.

Feburary comes along and I get another bill and it was high again, so here I go make another call to Telus. Once speaking to the rep this time around again I find out that only one account had been cancelled and was charge cancellation fees. So credits were applied again, and I was advised everythings ok. March comes along and I get another bill to find out that I have more cencellation fees because when I had called previously only one account was cancelled not all three. So now guess what more credits to my accounts beause nothing was done right again. Im advised now that alll three accounts are cancelled and there will be a credit on account so I should be all caught up and should not have to call back again, boy I was wrong.

Anyways so its now the end of April and I called to see what my balance was and it was $891! Yet again here I go on the phone with Telus. This time when I called I was hungup on twice and asked if I could cancel because of hassel and stress to find out that they want me to pay a cancellation fee. I feel that I should not have to pay a cancellation fee due to the fact that they broke thier end of the contract by envading my privacy and also having to call back each and every month to get my account adjusted. All I want is to cancel my account without having to pay the fees.
