On 11/9 I bought a refill for HP printer/fax. The merchandise was HPC6658 (PN IJDC6658R). After I attempted to set up the capsule, it'll not place within the position. After evaluating the setup of the previous capsule using the requested one, I then found out they employed the capsule for that dark printer rather than the colored one. The capsule includes a bill the stops it from slipping into towards the shade cartridgeslot. I delivered the merchandise as directed within their site on 11/23. I've named and quit a note on 12/19/08 and e mailed them twice on 12/5/08 and 12/26/08 to request an update. To-date (around. 5 months because the product was delivered), I've not obtained any reaction or a credit for this returned item.
