Return, Refund, Ripoff!

After buying a PlayStation 3 on my credit card, I changed my mind and returned it the next day. During the return process the PlayStation 3 was checked against the serial number and marked to be decommissioned as it has memory I heard them mention as they went through the box. I presented my receipt and was asked for the gift card I received with the purchase, I promptly gave them the card and all was good. I then asked how long the refund will take to go back on my credit card and I was told 3 to 4 weeks, I took my receipts with me and left. I waited a week and kept checking with my credit card company. While filing a dispute about the refund not coming from Walmart after 5 weeks, I find to my horror it lists CASH as the refunded tender. I immediately called Walmart and asked for customer service. After they looked up the transaction I was told that I had asked for cash back, and I simply explained I didn't. I was transferred to AP, and talked to their loss prevention lady. She confirmed from the transaction that I was refunded in cash and that I was on camera being refunded in cash! I calmly explained that I would not be calling to ask about the return if I already had the money in hand as it would be fraud. She said there was nothing to discuss as I clearly was refunded in cash on video, and that I also received the $50 gift card back in addition, after being frustrated I said ok goodbye. Now, I'm out the money and using my rent to pay for my PS3 debt. I don't know what to do now.
