I ordered five items from the Altrec website and received only 3. I notified the company by email (replying to the email address where the invoice notice came from) within 14 days of the incomplete delivery. I did not receive a response.
I waited another 60 days and send another email to a different address and did not receive a response.
When I contacted the company via phone, they said too much time had passed and I could not get my items nor a refund for the items not shipped.
The customer service rep was rude and uncooperative. They told me I had to go to my credit card company and seek a chargeback. The credit card company would not issue a chargeback for more than 60 days.
I called Altrec again and they, once again, were rude and said I was out of luck and there was nothing they could do.
