I ordered online on July 13th for some items I needed right away, all items stated they usually ship w/in 2-3 business days. As I have ordered from many internet retailers over the years and always been satisified, I didn't expect any issues here. The website appeared to be very legit and it would be a lot of work for a scammer to build a website like this w/all the products they have. However, by Jun 23, still no shipment and the online account showed order still "processing", no tracking number available.
I never received notice that any thing was on back order or what the reason for the delay was. I called their number for several days but kept getting a full voicemail box, finally, I left a couple of voicemails. I have also emailed them twice demanding a response. Since they don't have live customer service and no one will response by phone/email, I have filed for a chargeback w/my bank. I hope everyone does a chargeback because each chargeback costs the company $25-$30 in fees and will teach them a lesson. This is the worst customer service I have dealth with oneline, not sure how they have been in business so long and I wonder if this is happening to everyone that orders from them.
