Stole money from my bank without permission - purchase never made

I visited QuiBids website and was thinking about possibly bidding in the future. The following day, I learned that they had stolen $60 from my bank account. That amount was debited. I never made any purchase, never bid, never bought anything. I never even attempted to. They accessed my bank account without my permission and took my money without my permission. This is not a legitimate company. Don't believe their advertising and don't even go to their website. You will be sorry. I later learned from a relative that they are not legit - that it is all a scam. What irks me is that I never bid on anything, never purchased anything, and never authorized any debit from my bank account.
