Iometic machine (finger scanner) to clock in with malfunctions often at our store... I signed the store accountants "sign in" sheet before the shift the night crew foreman is supposed to initial this for the mispunch, yet this slipped their minds (2 different foremen) over a period of six or so months.
When addressed I was told to take the issue to the labor relations person in our company. I was told by her she had absolutely nothing to do with this issue; contacted Union rep and have heard nothing from him either.
This amounts in total to about a weeks worth of pay... At 11.00 an hour it is not like it is a lot of money yet no one seems willing or able to address this?
