This company is nothing short of scam artists! I started running for them in oct and was never paid correctly if i got paid at all since and heard nothing but excuses why? Our trucks broke down, our brokers haven't paid us, mostly by the wife who complained about illness after illness it was nothing but excuse after another. I had finally had enough in 3 weeks ago and threatened to goto the labor board via the texas work force instead of the labor dept of U.S. Which only goes after min wage rates. The labor board has told me my rights to sue and that the only proof i need are copies of the logs i turned into the company.
They have paid me a few hundred here and there but as of today, they still owe me $2,400 and are trying to say i never sent in fuel receipts and even are trying to pin a refused load on me, which they have a claim for $6,000 which was all caused by their old ass trailer's refer unit being stuck in de-frost mod and the indicator lights not working!
I have consulted the attorney they had me call and she told me they will pursue this case within the next 30 days and have gave her copies of all the paperwork she asked for just yesterday and she informed me that i have a very good case and the labor board can even get d.O.T.involved and if they have to, they will run a fine comb through their business and possibly charge them with criminal neglect!
