He refused to pay me, when I contacted the labor board he stated that I was a 1099 employee. Not True

I woorked for this man for 3 weeks including the Labor Day Holiday, and he refused to pay me stating lies to the Colorado Labor Board. Please do not work for this company or David Sussman the owner.
