Seiu1199 Union
Total lack of representation, and breaking their own rules and not compying with exe. Board decisions ripoff

This labor union was found at guilty for not complying with its own rules, by the National Labor Relations Board in 2006. They failed to provide timely representation and did not do what the executive board decided to do after I won my arbitration hearing, which was arbitrate my case.

They took so long that time limits expired, and they gave me nothing but excuses as to why they did not provide timely representation.

So if you are a member of SEIU 1199 don't count on them, they do what they want and make and break their own rules.
