Received watch in crumpled box with no return address on it. Watch not working properly.
Chronograph dials move backwards not forward. Second hand sticks at the number 4 on dial.
Company ignored 14 email attempts to determine a resolution. One returned email did say they would send out a replacement. Nothing was received by me and they continue to refuse to respond to emails at solo-watches.com.
They are selling replica watches which appear to come from China with information on their website not matching product description.
