Purchase a replica watch. Within 2 weeks several pieces on the face came loose and freely move under the crystal.
Per their request, I sent a photo. They said I can return the watch if I pay the shipping and a new watch will be sent in about a month.
I responded that I did not want to wait a month for a new watch and how can I be sure that a new watch would not have the same inferior workmanship.
I have sent another 2 emails to try and resolve this problem and have had no reply.
They are not honoring their warranty.
