Ought puppy 3/4 called store 3/5 advised them puppy had cough was told not unusual but take to vet asap. Took puppy to vet 3/8 puppy had kennel cough was given antibiots was given a not for sale letter. Had follow up visit 3/16 diag changed to nasal ocular discharge with history of coughing and sneezing diag was then changed to upper resp puppy then admitted to vet hospital2 and 1/2 days then I was called to bring him to the store they could treat him there. I was told it may take some time so they offered me a store credit for another puppy. On 3/27 used credit for another puppy took puppy home within 48 hrs puppy stopped eating, when peeing he licked his urine & had blood in his stool. Took puppy back to store 3/29 & was given another store credit. I wanted mymoney back but they refused. Notified the BBB like I did the first time & am in the process of disputing my credit card. This last month has been a horrible experience that between 3/4 and 3/29 I had 2 sick puppies. This place shd be investigated.
