Company overcharges bank accounts and claims no records of it Detroit Michigan

This company has shut service of multiple times claiming the plan minutes were used up when this did not happen.

As well as, they charge my account multiple times and claim they have no record of stealing money from my account.

Also willing to file a class action suit.
