I recently lost my cell phone
I purcahsed a protection plan through veriso wireless that was supposed to cover the phone for this type of thing
I told them about it like I was supposed to do
I recovered the lost phone the next day
I called lock line and let them know that I found my lost phone
They charged me a 35.00 nonrefundable fee
And want me to sent them back either the replacement phone or the recovered phone other wise they will call it insurance fraud
Thats no way to treat a person that tries hard to be fair and honest with them and then they want to treat the consumer in this sort of way
