Sprint PCS uses Lock/line as their equipment replacement insurance provider.
My contract with sprint is for three phones, 2500 minute plan and phone replacement insurance.
When I signed up for the 2-year contract they failed to tell me the whole truth about the plan. I/e. $50.00 Deductable, and refubished replacement phone. I pay $15.00 per month insurance for three phones.
When my son's phone broke, they stated that they did not have a phone like the one he has. The one that they offered was of less quality and refurbished. I told her that I could buy the same new phone that they offered me on online for $39.00. Why should I pay Lock/line a $50.00 deductable for the same phone that I can buy online for less money.
Needless to say, I cancelled Lock/line and suggest to people needing a replacement phone to look online.
The people at Lock/line don't care about your business. They have the take it or leave it attitude.
Take my advise, DON'T USE LOCK/LINE
