I ordered a $560 ring from DSN on 08 Jan. The item was paid for immediately by AMEX, and in 10 weeks, the ring has not been delivered. Every week, for the last 5 weeks, either my wife or I called DSN, and, we have waited on hold for as much as an hour to speak to someone. Each week, we were reassured by Customer Service Workers that the ring would be shipped "... On Friday". My requests to have an owner of DSN contact me have been ignored. DSN Customer Service Worker Paul told me that they are really understaffed, and have had trouble fulfilling orders and answering phones. Customer Service Worker Jessica hung up the phone on me when I insisted to speak with someone who could resolve my concerns.
To be fair to DSN, in the last year, we have made approximately 20 purchases from DSN, several of which have been for thousands of dollars. And, by and large, we have been content with the quality of the products, the timeliness of delivery, and the courtesy of customer service. However, the level of ignorance and arrogance displayed by DSN with our last purchase as described has made us decide never to shop with DSN again.
