Will not return my money, will not communicate with me

I have been waiting for direct shopping network to refund me over 3,000 dollars for months. They do not have any other way to contact them except customer service. Their customer service reps. Cannot do anything except submit a cancellation form after you wait on the phone for at least an hour. It's been months and i never recieved any of the three rings i ordered. They took the money out of my account before i recieved any of the orders and are not refunding my money. You have to wait a month before you can cancel an item for not being shipped in the alloted time frame they have for shipping. They have very few employees and cannot keep up with anything they promise. So far they are in my opinion stealing my money buy refusing to refund my money in the 3-5 business days that they told me through customer service. I am calling the better business breau[sp] and the media if i do not get this resolved immediately, jeanne becke
