I was a longtime Vartec user and then I saw an even better deal in my mail... Guess what Vartec now had 39 cent access fee and 3cents a minute and no $2.95 monthly fee, so of course I fell for it, called them, October 27 and signed up...
Then came my November bill... Same old rate, no new rate. I called them, "no problem, we will fix this and credit your account"..
Then came my December bill... Same old rate, no new rate. I called them, "so sorry, no problem, we will fix this and credit your account"..
Then came my January bill... Same old rate, no new rate..
Now I send an e-mail, because I don't think they understand me. So I am sending this to Rippoff so that some other poor unsuspecting fool like me will not fall for their bull and false advertising.
This is my last time Vartec, FCC here I come..
