Internet Added After Contract Ended, Billed $30 Monthly

I'm out of contract with T-Mobile two month ago, with a basic contract no internet now just received a bill they add in the internet I have to pay $30 more for each month =$60, I call them, they said, they will cut of the internet for me but I have to pay for 2 month, I talk to my friend he has same problem like me.
